·       2x6 exterior walls for added strength and R-19 insulation.

·       A/C Fir plywood for wall & roof sheathing.  We also use the Advantech subfloor system.  This material provides exceptional weather resistance.

·       Tyvek home wrap to block moisture.

·       Marvin Windows or equivalent with Low-E glass for additional energy savings.

·       Therma-Tru and Marvin entry doors for maximum safety & energy efficiency.

·       40 Year warranty Certainteed shingles.

·       Maintenance free aluminum wrapped exterior trim.

·       High-grade vinyl siding.
